Our award-winning Copper House Distillery exemplifies our dedication to sustainable practices. Housed within an energy-efficient building, we use eco-friendly materials and recover waste heat from the distilling process to heat water for our brewery, further decreasing our reliance on fossil fuels.
Turning Waste into Energy: The BioCow Partnership
Our innovative partnership with BioCow has enabled us to turn waste into energy through an anaerobic digestion plant. This groundbreaking collaboration allows us to convert brewery and food waste into clean, green biogas, which is then used to generate electricity, powering our brewery and substantially reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.
Protecting Our Local Environment and Biodiversity

We have created a one-acre wildlife reserve adjacent to our distribution center, providing a sanctuary for birds, insects, and other local species.
