Summer is officially here, what better way to get cool with a cold and crsisp mint julip. This recipe is perfect for whisky lovers using our Adnams Single Malt Whisky, with a hint of sweetness for a sunny mid afternoon refreshment.

what you'll need:

  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • Ice - crushed and cubes
  • Mint Sprig for garnish

method


Shake the Single Malt Whisky, Mint Leaves and sugar syrup with ice until cold and strain into a highball glass or julep tin filled with crushed ice.

Churn gently with a long handled spoon and top with more crushed ice.

Garnish with mint sprig.
