You will need:
- 35ml Copper House Dry Gin
- 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 20ml Cinnamon & Vanilla Syrup
- Soda Water (optional)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Double strain over fresh cubed ice into a highball glass.
- Top with a cinnamon stick and a slice of apple.
