You will need:

- Belvoir Sparkling Elderflower 250ml

- 25ml Adnams Longshore Vodka

- Ice

- 15ml Lime Juice

- Slices of lime to garnish

Method:

Add a large scoop of ice to a large red wine glass. Add your vodka and lime juice, and top with your Sparkling Elderflower and garnish with slices of lime.
